Content

You must work with the other students in your group to decide how to divide your topic into sections.
EACH PERSON MUST HAVE HIS/HER OWN SECTION AND PUT THEIR NAME ON THEIR SECTION
  • Example: China - Media Censorship and Economic Growth, you could have four or five sections as follows:
    • History of media censorship in China
    • Current state of media in China
    • History of economic development in China
    • Current state of economic growth in China and why
    • Relationship between China's economic growth and media censorship (is it getting better or worse with increased capitalism)?
  • To add images, you must click on file and upload the images from your computer
  • Be sure to include your name at the end of your section and ALL references used (APA style is preferred for references)
  • You may start with Wikipedia for your research, but DO NOT QUOTE DIRECTLY OFF WIKIPEDIA for your case study. Use Wikipedia to find references and go to those references. Failure to attribute information will result in a grade of zero for this assignment.

Format

The format is different from last semester. Use APA style in citing - in text example (Nee, 2010).
Include one Reference list at the end
Nee, R. (2010). The story of globalization. Random House: New York.
For APA help, follow this link ( you only need the page on in text citations and references).

Grading

The wiki case study is worth 20 points, or 20 % of your total grade. The points will be determined as follows:
  • 15 points - overall quality of writing and thoroughness of research of YOUR section. All facts checked and attributed.
  • 5 points - the quality of the entire case study. The sections are appropriately distributed, etc.
  • Group evaluations, if you do not feel everyone contributed equally, please email me a group evaluation form (from Blackboard). A negative evaluation form will impact a portion of your grade accordingly.
